We have expended considerable resources over the past two decades to develop a powerful and sophisticated infrastructure. To build this platform, we've invested heavily in our technology, processes, and people. We use advanced computer hardware and proprietary software to conduct our investment activities and back-office operations, to implement strong controls, and to share knowledge and unify efforts across the firm. Our technology systems are managed by developers and engineers, while approximately 10 professionals work in financial operations, accounting, tax, and legal roles. Our infrastructure helps us provide what we believe is best-in-class investor support and transparency by delivering extensive reporting and risk analytics with an emphasis on accessibility, clarity, and usefulness.
